Fantastic location opposite the Retiro gardens and 10 mins walk from the Prado, the hotel itself is in a very elegant old building, but modernised, beautifully appointed and very quiet. The buffet breakfast offered a huge range and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

Nothing could have been better -- an excellent hotel and Madrid itself is gorgeous; the boulevards are so broad and grand, it makes London (and even Paris!) feel cramped by comparison.

The Petit Palace Savoy is very comfortable with a great staff and location.

The location was great! Also, it was quiet (on the fifth floor). The staff is exceptional. The Retiro park was a wonderful place to unwind.

The inluded breakfast was good but nothing special. Coffee was very good.

The staff were most pleasant and helpful and the position near the park and lots of restaurants near

Position, staff, cleanliness all excellent.. good restaurant near by. Walking distance to the Prado etc all good. Taxis no problem.

Decor looks cheap. Bathroom floor slippery when wet and the shower floor is so slippery it is dangerous. We put towels down which helped a great deal.
